Rules & Regulation
Welcome to Goh Schools. To ensure a high-quality, safe, and disciplined learning environment for our students, all students and parents are expected to follow our official rules and regulations outlined below.
School Hours
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for student success and maintaining a productive learning environment.
- School Schedule & Drop-Off
Classes begin promptly at 2:00 LT AM and end at 9:00 LT PM, Monday through Friday. Students may arrive starting at 7:30 AM and must be picked up no later than PM. - Tardiness & Reporting Absences
Students arriving after 2 :00 AM LT must report to the main office for a late pass. Parents/guardians must notify the school via email or phone call if a student will be absent.
Uniform & Dress Code
Our uniform policy fosters community unity, minimizes classroom distractions, and maintains safety across campus and laboratory facilities.
- Everyday Campus Attire Students are required to wear the official school uniform, consisting of a white shirt with the school’s yellow uniform vest featuring green and blue accents, paired with navy blue skirts or trousers. Students are expected to wear appropriate closed-toe shoes as part of the school uniform.
- Physical Education & Lab Safety Gear
Official physical education t-shirts and athletic footwear must be worn during gym classes. Students in technical, vocational, or laboratory sessions must wear protective lab coats and closed-toe safety boots as instructed
Parent Responsibilities & Pickup
A strong partnership between parents and school leadership is critical to every student’s growth and academic success.
- Communication & Visitor Protocols
Parents are encouraged to regularly check the student Communication Book and school online portal for updates. All visitors must register at the main security office and receive a guest pass before entering campus grounds. - Parent Meetings & Involvement
Parents/guardians are expected to attend scheduled term progress conferences and stay actively engaged in institutional announcements, academic milestones, and scheduled committee briefings.
Campus Conduct & Safety
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and positive learning space for every student, instructor, and staff member.
- Behavioral Expectations & Campus Property
Students are expected to speak respectfully to peers and faculty, keep classrooms tidy, and treat all institutional equipment and facility assets with care. - Electronic Devices & Prohibited Items
Mobile phones and personal electronic devices must remain turned off and stored in lockers or bags during instructional hours. Weapons, dangerous materials, and unauthorized substances are strictly prohibited.
Disciplinary & Corrective actions
We maintain a supportive, progressive disciplinary framework to guide students toward responsible behavior while ensuring a safe, positive learning environment for all.
Step 1: Verbal Warning & Counseling
Initial guidance and a formal conversation between the student and staff to address minor infractions and reset behavioral expectations.
Step 2: Written Warning
Continued or repeated minor infractions are officially documented with a notice recorded in the student’s Communication Book for parent/guardian acknowledgment.
Step 3: Parent-Teacher Conference
Persistent issues or serious misconduct require a mandatory in-person meeting between parents/guardians, teachers, and school leadership, culminating in a signed Commitment Agreement.
Step 4: Board Review & Administrative Action
Severe, chronic, or unsafe violations undergo formal administrative and board review. Consequences may include temporary suspension or permanent expulsion from the institution.
